I’m a certified Life Coach and licensed Psychosocial Counselor (Dipl.

Lebens- und Sozialberaterin) with an academic background in Business and Management (MSc), and hundreds of hours of deep 1:1 transformational coaching & counselling experience.

My mission is to support individuals through life’s emotional challenges with

presence, empathy, and professional integrity, creating a safe space where

healing unfolds, clarity emerges, and sustainable transformation becomes

possible.

My own path led me from the corporate world in London to a six-month spiritual

awakening in India where I deepened my studies in mindfulness, spirituality & yoga

and eventually got trained in (family) constellation work, trauma-informed somatic

coaching, and psychosocial counseling in my hometown, Vienna, Austria.
